The CEO Roundtable of Southern Arizona is an organization founded in 2002 comprised of a small group of Tucson area CEOs. The purpose of the Roundtable is to grow individual member’s professional and personal effectiveness. This peer group of select, non-competing business leaders helps each other:

  • Make better business decisions

  • ​Be accountable for taking actions we would rather delay

  • Grow skills in leading people and managing the business

  • Deal with the isolation and loneliness of being at the top, and

  • Manage change, both external and internal.

unbiased peers in a completely confidential setting. Roundtable members

test your assumptions and help you maximize your results and return on

investments. Members meet for a half a day per month and individually with

the advisor.
