The CEO Roundtable of Southern Arizona is an organization founded in 2002 comprised of a small group of Tucson area CEOs. The purpose of the Roundtable is to grow individual member’s professional and personal effectiveness. This peer group of select, non-competing business leaders helps each other:

Be accountable for taking actions we would rather delay
Grow skills in leading people and managing the business
Deal with the isolation and loneliness of being at the top, and
Manage change, both external and internal.

unbiased peers in a completely confidential setting. Roundtable members
test your assumptions and help you maximize your results and return on
investments. Members meet for a half a day per month and individually with
the advisor.
